![]() Provide something for us to sit on when we were dumped on the street. You are dealing with sick people who are compromised and do not feel well. We asked multiple questions and never could get a straight answer before we disembarked. Do you have children? Do they ever get sick? What do you do when they get sick, do you make them sit on the patio by themselves not allowing them to enter the house until they are well so they will not contaminate the other family members or dirty up your beautiful house? Several things could have been done to help this process. I said, “Great let's notify them, and will sit at the back of the bus.” She replied, putting her arm in front of me to block my way and very firmly and rudely stated, “NO, you will not be allowed to board.” We were all treated like a bunch of deplorable undesirable criminals. The security guard told us that the drivers had to be notified in order for us to board. We were not allowed to board any of the pre-paid airport shuttles. He almost came to blows with one of the security officers, righteously so. I started to cry and the medical professional Dad with the sick daughter began to become irate. We were dumped, no longer your problem to deal with and had to fend for ourselves. There were no benches or chairs to sit on there was not a covering to protect us from bad weather. Security stood in front of us to block our way. Once were out of the building and on the curb, we were not allowed to reenter the building. The Dad had asked kindly but the security staff replied with a rude, uncaring NO. The girl had some type of fear of going down escalators and the security team would not even allow them to use the elevator, which was directly behind them. We passed security and were told to “go that way it will take you to the curb.” One couple, both medical professionals, had a sick daughter about 10-12 yr. ![]() When I arrived in the security area, I was allowed to sit down and began sharing notes with the other ‘guests’. I am surprised I was not give a scarlet letter to pin on my chest. ![]() So began my dead man walk of humiliation and shame, without wheelchair assistance, the two NON-Masked security officers parading me down to security with the two hazmat-suited crewmembers spraying behind me. I guess the CDC and local health authority regulations stopped when we were allowed to travel throughout Seattle and the airports completely unmasked, unasked and unprotected. I asked what I was to do when I was “escorted to the curb.” He said that I could do whatever I wanted, including going into Seattle. He said that it was CDC policy for the C+ patients to disembark first. I asked if I could continue resting in my room, since I still had a fever, and then I could disembark after all of the other passengers were gone. I had not had breakfast and still had multiple questions that had not been answered. ![]() I was met by two NON-Masked security officers followed by two crewmembers decked out in hazmat suites with spray equipment strapped to their backs. There was a knock on my door, between 5:30 and 6:00 am. My problem is with how the cruise line treated the C positive patients on disembarking. The medical treatment was adequate, the overnight nurse, was an absolute angel. I spent one night in the ship clinic, the last night confined to my room.
